It takes 3 appointments to get a correct answer with most issues im not sure why ..

I'm pleased with the care I'm getting here. I previously went to the Dallas Geisinger clinic. Wait times are less here. Nurse are very nice and thorough. The nurses in Dallas appeared very lazy...unpersonable......almost rude....wait times were ridiculous for any and all type visits in Dallas. Nurse visits are easy to get here. Always got in quick for bloodwork. DR Kovalick is top notch. .

The emergency takes so long to call you I took my son with a high fever and a ear infection they took 1 hours and some minutes to call me in when I asked why it was taking so long they didn’t have a pediatric there !!!! 😒😒

They have good doctors, but they suffer from a severe communication breakdown. The signage within the building is misleading, and the security guard—who is constantly on the phone—doesn't know where to direct you. Consequently, many patients miss their appointments due to problems that the facility itself creates

Making fun of an old man who can’t see the screen is purely evil and disgusting. When someone stands up for that man they shouldn’t get put all the way in the back of the line. This was my experience at this terrible joke for a professional building. Your urgent care staff and security guard chose to laugh and hold up the line yelling at the old man rather than just typing the information down for him. The security guard who did not look older than the man made a comment that he can see it so the old man should. He also turned to my boyfriend and I in line and said “you guys can go get breakfast and lunch” and thought it was funny. I don’t find bullying funny. Disabilities can be invisible and you have no idea whether that man could even see.
